Whether you're planning a quick getaway or a complex group trip, our process is designed to make travel planning simple, personalized, and stress-free. Here’s how it works:
- Submit Your Request: Complete a short form to tell us what kind of trip you're interested in.
- Provide Key Details: We’ll gather the important information needed to create an accurate quote. While every trip is unique, here are some of the major details we typically request:
- Names & Dates of Birth for all travelers
- Travel dates (or flexibility)
- Destination(s) of interest
- Travel type: hotel, flights, cruises, resorts, excursions, theme parks, etc.
- Reward program or membership numbers (if applicable)
- Special occasions, accessibility needs, or military/first responder status
- Estimated budget
This isn’t a complete list — just the essential information we use to get started. We may request additional details depending on your trip type.
- Receive Your Quote: We’ll review your information and deliver a personalized quote or itinerary proposal.
- Refine & Book: You'll have the opportunity to review, ask questions, make adjustments, and confirm your reservation when you're ready.

I’m excited to see if we’re the right fit for your travel needs. If you haven’t worked with a travel agent recently, you might be surprised to learn that using my services doesn’t cost extra. When you book online, a commission is already included in the price—it simply goes to a website rather than someone personally invested in your trip, like me.
The difference between an online search engine and my travel agency, Endless Adventures, is the personalized service I provide. I work hard to secure the best value for your trip and am available to assist you before and during your travels. Plus, you won’t need to spend hours on hold with customer support—my full-service approach ensures a hassle-free experience at no additional cost to you.
That being said, I dedicate significant time and effort to my clients. If you’re still in the early planning stages or intend to book on your own, please be upfront with me, as I only earn commission when I complete a booking for you.
Important Notes:
- All quoted prices are subject to change until a deposit is paid. Paying a deposit secures your rate.
- Please allow 24–72 business hours for standard quotes via email. For European travel, quotes may take 7–10 business days due to high demand, but I’ll do my best to provide them sooner. If more information is needed, I’ll reach out to you directly.
- Currently, I do not offer flights-only bookings. Flights must be combined with another component, such as a car rental or hotel.
- I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- Due to the ever-changing travel restrictions, it is your responsibility to review entry requirements and ensure compliance with all travel policies for your destination before departure.
